The Colorado Clay name comes from the clay soil we have in Colorado and the way it looks when you are packing it on a brisket to smoke! 

This slightly spicy, always sweet rub is great on pork, chicken, fish & potatoes. Sprinkle on carrots, squash or pecans for the holidays! Turn your ordinary potatoes, grilled veggies or seafood into a family favorite!!!  This recipe is amazing with a pork butt, brisket, turkey & salmon in the smoker!! For a little extra something, try it on a cheese pizza, eggs, wings, baked beans, or bacon wrapped brussels sprouts!
